Days 14 and 15 (135 and 140 squats) done! I couldn't write yesterday but I did do my daily dose of pain in the bitt. I have to say, I am starting to find these hard and today I was dying after 120. Not giving up though :)
Just a lazy - or excessively busy - girl's attempt to get fit. This is an accountability tool to keep me on track and not let me give up a week in. It's also a motivation tool and a place to collect all the workout info, routines, music, etc. that I find. Starting point: age: 19, height: 5'4", wight: 68kg
