I live of the 6th floor, and so I was thinking today if I couldn't use that as a sort of a workout too. So today there was no elevator for me. Surely, going up and down those 88 steps (and yes, I counted) 10 times today (yes, I counted that too) should have some impact on my fitness. I am happy to say that I did not die of a heart attack by the time I reached my apartment, but I think I could have also done a lot better. I hope that soon enough I won't be running out of breath so severely because of it.
