Just a lazy - or excessively busy - girl's attempt to get fit. This is an accountability tool to keep me on track and not let me give up a week in. 30 Day Squat Challenge
Day 3 of the 30 Day Squat Challenge done!
Decided to pick up the pace and give it a bit of a cardio aspect. I have to say, I feel a lot more tired than on any of the previous days now. I am feeling like my hips have actually started to work and feel the burn and this makes me sort of worried about how I will feel on Day 5 after the break tomorrow.

30 Day Squat Challenge
Day 2 done! Still very quick to do. Still felt like I could go on for longer than those 55 squats... not sure if that's a good thing though or if I'm about to regret it big time.
I live of the 6th floor, and so I was thinking today if I couldn't use that as a sort of a workout too. So today there was no elevator for me. Surely, going up and down those 88 steps (and yes, I counted) 10 times today (yes, I counted that too) should have some impact on my fitness. I am happy to say that I did not die of a heart attack by the time I reached my apartment, but I think I could have also done a lot better. I hope that soon enough I won't be running out of breath so severely because of it.

30 Day Squat Challenge
Day 1 done! Took a lot shorter than expected - 50 squats in less than a song worth of time. So far so good.
